Full Job Description

We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator with the skills to keep our properties and outdoor spaces well maintained, safe and welcoming for everyone who visits., As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting the delivery of an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. You'll help the property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You'll be helping with maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative), cleaning and caretaking, the presentation of public areas and visitor facilities (including car parks and grounds).

    Salary: 25,837.50 per annum / 13.25 per hour
  • Contract: Permanent Hours/ working pattern: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Regular weekend work required. This role will be based from our Fyne Court estate office. Travel across the portfolio is an essential part of the role and due to this travel, a full driving license is required. Interviews will be held at Fyne Court on 29th July. For this role, you'll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. This will help us understand more about your strengths and give you more information on the role.
