Job Overview


Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a part-time Facilities and Client Services Administrator to join our Estates team, working 10 hours per week on an all-year-round contract. The role is primarily based at Berkshire College of Agriculture, with travel to Slough & Langley College as required. This role pays a salary from H197,374.05 up to H228,104.59 per annum, with the full-time equivalent salary being H27,284 to H29,987 per annum, which will depend on experience and qualifications.


We can offer flexibility around the hours worked; however, the successful candidate must be able to work 2 hours a day, Monday to Friday. If you are only available to work specific hours each day, please specify this within your application.


Role Responsibilities



  • Support the day-to-day operation of facilities services across the College.

  • Act as the key operational link between the College, contractors, and internal departments.

  • Coordinate a range of facilities management services to ensure they are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

  • Organise contractor visits and support commercial lettings.

  • Coordinate operational activities and maintain accurate records.

  • Assist with purchasing, service contract administration, planned activities, and operational documentation.

  • Help coordinate contractor activities, support the delivery of facilities services, and resolve operational issues promptly.


Required Skills and Experience



  • Organised and proactive administrator.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Experience in coordinating multiple tasks.

  • Ability to work independently and build positive working relationships.

  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders and maintaining accurate records.
