BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Premises Officer to join our FM segment and be based at the police headquarters in Derby. Working 40 hours per week between 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, with some on-call duties.
We welcome applicants seeking flexible hours and note the role is subject to Police Vetting. Key responsibilities include:
- building fabric fault finding and repairs
- coordinating with subcontractors
- ensuring safety and compliance on site
