Full Job Description
We are seeking a Facilities Assistant to work closely with the Assistant Facilities Manager and support all aspects of Facilities Management service provision. This role sits within a team focused on delivering clear outcomes for customers and stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on service quality., We are looking for someone who will play a key part in delivering an excellent day-to-day service to customers, supporting service delivery, compliance activities, and low to medium risk projects, while ensuring transparency and high standards across Facilities Management services.,
- Act as front of house, welcoming visitors and supporting them appropriately
- Ensure security procedures are followed at all times
- Deliver support services including porterage, meeting room management and managing the FM mailbox
- Carry out inductions for new starters, including H&S and environmental inductions
- Log, facilitate and oversee reactive and PPM visits
- Support compliance with environmental and HSEQ standards
- Assist with audits, including security audits
- Provide general administrative support to the Facilities Management team
