Facilities Assistant

We have an opportunity available for a Mobile Facilities/Maintenance Assistant to join our Property Services team , to support our services across the Merseyside and Cheshire area., In this role you will support our services and sites across the Merseyside and Cheshire area , carrying out caretaking and maintenance responsibilities. This role includes working in peoples homes, therefore focused customer care and confidentiality must be maintained at all times.

You will carry out a range of tasks including decorating, general maintenance and repairs and ensuring quality checks are completed.

The role involves travel, a vehicle and uniform will be provided. An enhanced DBS check will be required in line with the nature of our services.

Please note , our company insurance requires all applicants to have held a full UK Driving Licence for at least 1 year and be 21 years of age or over.

Previous maintenance experience is essential and you must have had a full UK driving licence for at least a year., Disability Confident

Salary: £27,650 per annum
