Fabricator Welder

Totally Recruitment Group Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join a well-established and highly respected manufacturing business. The Role As a Fabricator Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and MIG welding heavy-duty equipment to a consistently high standard. Your duties will include:

• MIG welding heavy steel up to 20mm gauge Working with 1.2mm welding wire on large and heavy equipment Fabricating components and assemblies to specification Reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings Working accurately to set specifications and quality standards Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently Working as part of a skilled production team Experience with the following would also be advantageous: Plasma cutting Oxy-acetylene cutting Manual press brake operations Heavy commercial vehicle fabrication Experience Required Minimum 4 years' experience as a Fabricator Welder Minimum 2 years'
  
  experience working with commercial vehicles Strong MIG welding and fabrication skills Ability to read and understand engineering drawings Experience working with heavy steel fabrication The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is skilled, reliable and motivated, with a genuine pride in the quality of their work.
