Introduction
An exciting opportunity to join Integrated Fabrications Ltd as a Fabrication and Welding Apprentice. You will gain hands-on experience in metal fabrication, welding and engineering while completing a Level 3 Metal Fabricator apprenticeship and developing the skills needed for a long-term career in the engineering industry.

What You'll Do
Integrated Fabrications Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their team as a Fabrication and Welding Apprentice.
This is a practical, hands-on role where you will work alongside experienced fabricators and engineers, learning how to manufacture, assemble and finish a range of metal components and fabricated products.
Your role will include:
- Assisting experienced fabricators and welders with day-to-day workshop activities
- Learning to read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions
- Measuring, marking out and preparing materials for fabrication
- Developing skills in cutting, drilling, forming and preparing metal components
- Learning and developing welding techniques under supervision
- Assisting with the fabrication and assembly of metal components and structures
- Using a range of hand tools, power tools and workshop equipment
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure work meets the required standards
- Assisting with the fitting and assembly of fabricated components
- Developing an understanding of different metals, materials and fabrication processes
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Following all company health and safety procedures
- Supporting the wider workshop team with general engineering and fabrication duties
You will be supported throughout your apprenticeship by experienced members of the team and will be given the opportunity to develop your skills through practical workplace experience and structured training.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a long-term career within the engineering and fabrication industry.
On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be opportunities for continued employment and progression within Integrated Fabrications Ltd, depending on the candidate's performance, development and business requirements.
