Fabric Technician

About the roleYou're the primary for contact with the end users or main customers and will work closely with colleagues including Building Engineering Technicians, Asset Technicians across the business, and with the Area Maintenance Manager ., A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points is required.

About youWe are looking for someone who is computer literate, particularly in electronic management systems and email, with effective communication skills being able to actively listen and transmit important messages to the customer, at all levels, to understand their requirements. You will have a sound knowledge and practical experience of carpentry and wet trades and have a good knowledge of Building Fabric product.

£32,774.12 per annum, 22.5 days annual leave, rising to 25 with 5 year's service plus bank holidays.

Contract Type Fixed Term 12 months, Full time. Typical attendance will be 08:00
