• Carry out a range of decorating projects both internally and externally. Ensure all required materials are requested and cross check with the helpdesk to make sure they are delivered to the correct address. Purchase additional materials and equipment if necessary. Liaise with the client on any queries and be comfortable explaining any issues/challenges on a job. Confirm each job meets the required standards and provide paperwork for the clients records. Update the job log with notes and upload relevant documentation. Support the Account Manager and Billing Team with query management to aid the invoicing process. What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role? Experience in general Building Services Maintenance work Well developed communication skills and able to work successfully with both internal and external stakeholders Able to produce clear and professional notes and emails.
