We're looking for a charming and confident Food & Beverage Host to be the face of our dining spaces, setting the tone for unforgettable experiences from the very first "hello." Your Role As an F&B Host, you'll be the warm welcome and graceful goodbye. You'll manage reservations, greet guests with style, and ensure every table is perfectly placed and every guest feels like a VIP. What You'll Be Doing
- Greet and seat guests with warmth, professionalism, and a personal touch.
- Manage bookings and walk-ins to maximise flow and guest satisfaction.
- Liaise with the restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
- Anticipate guest needs and handle queries or special requests with care.
- Maintain a polished, welcoming atmosphere in the entrance and dining areas.
Previous experience in a host or front-of-house role, ideally in a luxury or high-end setting. - A confident, calm, and friendly demeanour.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A guest-first mindset and a love for creating memorable moments.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and special events.
