EYFS Educator (Bank Staff)

Ardingly College is seeking enthusiastic and nurturing EYFS Educators (Bank Staff) to join our outstanding Prep School, supporting children aged 2-5 in our vibrant Nursery and Early Years setting. About the role You will:

• Deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
• Support children's development, wellbeing and early learning
• Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and families
• Contribute to a stimulating and inspiring learning environment
  
  Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
• Has experience working with children aged 2-5
• Is caring, flexible and committed to high-quality early education
• Brings energy, creativity and a genuine passion for working with young children
