Eyfs Deputy Room Leader

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Deputy Room Leader to support leadership within our Caterpillars two-year-old provision. This role is ideal for an experienced practitioner who is ready to take the next step in their EYFS career within a supportive and forward-thinking school nursery. You will:

• Support the Room Leader in the daily organisation of the room
• Lead the room in the Room Leader's absence
• Support care routines, learning and wellbeing for two-year-olds
• Help maintain safe, engaging and stimulating environments
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Contribute to planning, observation and assessment

• Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification
• GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade 4/C or above in English/Literacy and Mathematics/Numeracy.

• Paediatric First Aid Training

• Have experience in an EYFS setting
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills
• Be keen to develop leadership skills
