Within the role of Extra Care Services Manager, you will manage all aspects of housing and care services within a designated Extra Care scheme, ensuring high-quality service delivery that enables residents to live well with dignity and autonomy. You will oversee property management, care provision, compliance with legal and regulatory standards. We will lead the team to develop and maintain a high performing culture and embed continuous improvement initiatives. Responsible for the scheme performance, you will have a passion for data, monitoring and enhancing performance, ensuring quality standards are met and fantastic resident satisfaction is achieved. - Proven experience managing housing, care, or Extra Care services.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks related to housing and care services, including compliance and registration requirements.
- Experience of managing operations, performance, and quality standards in a housing or care setting.
- Experience in managing budgets and resources efficiently, demonstrating business acumen.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience of managing teams in a housing or care setting.
- Level 5 Leader in Adult Care Apprenticeship or willing to work towards if not held
- Level 4 Senior Housing & Property Management Apprenticeship / CIH Level 4 or willing to work towards if not held
