Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Extra Care Scheme RegisteredManagerto lead our Extra Care Schemesupporting adults with physical and mental healthchallenges.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and driving continuous improvement. You will be responsible for the overall management, leadership, and regulatory compliance of the service, ensuring a safe, supportive, and recovery-focused environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong leadership and direction to the staff team
We are looking for a dedicated professional who has:
-
Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a similar setting

Experience with supporting with mental health, LD and physical needs
-
Experience working within regulatory frameworks (e.g. CQC)

A recognised health and social care qualification (Level 5 in Leadership & Management or equivalent)

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults
