External Sales Manager - Pickerings Hire

Pickerings is looking for an experienced and commercially driven External Sales Manager to lead and develop our national field-based sales team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll take ownership of sales performance, pipeline development and revenue growth, while creating a high-performance culture across the team.,

• Lead, coach and develop a national external sales team.
• Drive sales activity, revenue, pipeline and conversion.
• Set clear targets, KPIs and performance expectations.
• Improve sales processes, forecasting and customer relationship management discipline.
• Spend time in the field coaching and developing team members.
• Identify new business opportunities and maximise existing customer relationships.
• Analyse performance and provide commercial insight to the Head of Sales.
• Build a proactive, accountable and commercially focused sales culture.
  
  You'll be an experienced B2B sales leader with a proven track record of managing field-based teams and delivering results through people, ideally within the temporary building industry.
