Expression of Interest - Station Manager - Operational Readiness Managers

Expressions of interest are invited from suitably experienced and qualified Watch Managers and Station Managers. Eligible applicants will need to meet the following criteria as a minimum:

• Be a competent, substantive Watch Manager and been successful in the Station Manager promotion board or be a substantive Station Manager.
• Not subject to formal performance improvement actions, nor have any live disciplinary sanctions.
  
  Fire and Rescue Authority roles are listed in Schedule 1 of the Rehabilitation of Offenders act 1974 (Exceptions) Order and as such it is our policy to require all applicants to disclose any criminal convictions (both spent and unspent) including driving offences, cautions and/or reprimands.
