- A degree in a relevant field; Mechanical, Electrical Building Services or similar. / Aspiration to work toward professional accreditation such as CIBSE, IET & IMechE
- Knowledge of working within a BIM environment using Revit. Other technical software experience such as Amtech and Dialux would be desirable dependent on your discipline.
- Building Services Design experience from Feasibility stage through to Detailed Design to completion
- Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team - We are open to candidates with any type of building services experience including healthcare, science and industry, energy, airport buildings, higher education, data centres, industrial etc
- A background in using energy modelling software, desirably IES.
- An ability to produce technical and commercial proposals for clients.
