Experienced Veterinary Surgeon

We're looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly, forward-thinking practice where your clinical input is valued, and your development is actively supported. You'll enjoy a varied and engaging caseload, with the time and autonomy to work cases up properly, backed by a collaborative team that shares knowledge and always has your back. In this role you will:

• Deliver high-quality clinical care across consultations and surgery
• Work closely within a supportive, experienced team
• Contribute ideas to improve clinical standards and workflow
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and their pets
• Develop your clinical interests with full encouragement and support
You'll be confident with routine medical and surgical cases and comfortable with occasional sole charge, with support always available when needed.


• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Typically, 4 x 10-hour days (9am-7pm)
• 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am-6pm, with paid 1-hour lunch)
• No out-of-hours

• 3 Veterinary Surgeons
• 2 Registered Veterinary Nurses
• 6 Receptionists (first aid & mental health first aid trained)
• 1 Practice Manager
