C & G Surfacing Ltd is a long-established and respected asphalt surfacing company operating throughout the South and South West of England. Due to continued growth and a strong order book, we are looking to recruit motivated individuals to join our team.

Experienced Surfacing Supervisor

Salary: £57,500 per annum + paid travel and overtime

Requirements:

• experience supervising asphalt surfacing projects
• Knowledge of both machine-laid and hand-laid surfacing operations
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
• Ability to manage teams and maintain high-quality standards
• Full UK driving licence required
• CSCS / SSSTS Card 

Surfacing Operative Trainee

Salary: £34,000 per annum + paid travel and overtime

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a new career within the surfacing industry.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Physically fit and capable of working outdoors
• Basic construction or practical skills beneficial but not essential
• Keen to develop new skills and qualifications
