Full Job Description

  • Deliver exceptional fine dining service to guests in premium hospitality environments.
  • Confidently present menus, serve food and beverages, and maintain service standards throughout each event.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide a seamless, personalised experience.
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail, professionalism, and presentation at all times.
  • Work closely with managers, supervisors, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

    Minimum 12 months' experience as a waiter within a fine dining, luxury hospitality, or silver service environment.
    • Strong understanding of fine dining service standards and guest expectations. Professional, polished, and guest-focused approach.
