First Response is responsible for ensuring that children and families receive the right support at the right time through strengths-based assessment. This role involves close collaboration with our multi-agency partners to safeguard children and families through timely and effective responses. You will be responsible for making critical, timely, and evidence-based threshold decisions to protect children and identify the most appropriate services to support families. A child-centred approach is at the heart of all our decision-making. • Qualified Social Worker
• Registered with Social Work England
• Relevant experience in safeguarding
• Strong communication and decision-making skills, Professional Social Work Qualification

• Excellent communication skills to support internal and multi-agency working relationship

Salary: Starting Salary is £44,711 (Level one) rising to £47,754 (Level four) per annum (pro rata for part-time) And a welcome bonus of £3,250, This is a full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday) located at Loxley House.
