- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Preparing and serving cocktails
- Providing excellent customer service
- Taking orders and handling payments
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar area
- Restocking bar supplies when required
- Following health and safety procedures
- Supporting the wider hospitality team during busy periods
Previous bar experience is essential - Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Cocktail making experience is advantageous
