We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Executive Support & Wellbeing Coordinator to join our People and Policy team. This unique hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing complex schedules and communications, and is also committed to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. What You'll Be Doing Executive Support
- Manage the diaries and inboxes of the Leader and Chief Executive, ensuring their time is used effectively.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and support the Leadership Team with key documentation and follow up.
- Act as a key liaison across departments and with external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Handle sensitive information, complaints, and data requests with professionalism and discretion. Wellbeing & Inclusion
- Lead and coordinate wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across the council.
- Coordinate events and campaigns that promote physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
- Work with HR and staff networks to embed inclusive practices and support systems.
- Establish and lead a Mental Health First Aid network and safe spaces for staff support., Play a pivotal role in supporting the Council's most senior leaders.

- Minimum 5 GCSEs (Grade 4 or above), including English and Maths.
- Proven experience in high-level administrative or executive support roles.
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office), diary and inbox management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion. Desirable:
- Level 3 qualification in administration or wellbeing/inclusion.
- Experience in supporting senior leadership.
