Full Job Description
We're looking for a motivated, organised, and curious Executive Officer Apprentice to join our dynamic Executive Office team! This isn't your average admin role, you'll be right at the centre of decision-making, working closely with senior leaders, shaping projects, and helping keep everything running smoothly. If you love being organised, working with people, and making things happen, this could be the perfect launchpad for your career. What you'll be doing: As part of our team, you'll:
- Support senior leaders with high-level communications, reports, and briefing
- Manage busy diaries, meetings, and schedules like a pro
- Act as a key point of contact for staff, stakeholders, and visitors
- Help plan, track, and deliver exciting projects
- Draft correspondence and respond to queries with confidence
- Take meeting minutes and keep action plans moving forward
- Ensure deadlines are met and nothing slips through the cracks
- You'll be trusted, valued, and involved - not just watching from the sidelines.
