Full Job Description
Working 37 hours per week (8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday), term time only plus 10 additional days during college holiday periods. Some flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the Principal, Senior Leadership Team and key College events. Salary: Points 19 to 21 (£36,564 p.a. to £38,897 p.a.) on the SFCA Support Staff Pay Scale. For this term time post this equates to £33,462 p.a. to £35,597 p.a. We are seeking an experienced and professional individual who can provide high-level, confidential and effective executive support to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team. This is a key role within the College, supporting the delivery of strategic objectives and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of executive leadership and governance functions. The successful candidate will lead and manage the Executive Office, coordinating high-quality administrative support for senior leaders, managing complex diaries and communications, and supporting the organisation of key cross-college activities and events. The ideal candidate will be an experienced executive support or office management professional, confident working at senior level, with excellent organisational, communication and people-management skills. They will demonstrate discretion, professionalism and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced FE environment, while sharing the College's commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for its students.
