Full Job Description
As Executive Headteacher, you will:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across both schools, ensuring the Trust's vision and values are embedded in everyday practice.
- Drive high quality teaching and learning, ensuring that all pupils - including those with additional or complex needs - make strong progress.
- Lead, inspire and develop staff, building a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective safeguarding, high expectations for behaviour, and a safe, nurturing learning environment.
- Oversee school performance, assessment, and improvement priorities, ensuring schools remain Ofsted ready at all times.
- Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Trust Education Directorate to deliver high quality education within the Unity Education Trust family.
- Work with central executive directorates to ensure that the schools budgets, resources and staffing effectively to support long term sustainability and success., Support from the CEO, CFOO, Director of Education and wider Education Directorate

- Is an experienced senior leader (Headteacher / Executive Headteacher / Deputy Head with substantial experience).
- Has a proven track record of school improvement, raising standards and securing excellent learning outcomes.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate, challenge and inspire others.
- Has experience working with pupils with a range of needs, including SEMH and SEND.
- Is committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and providing high quality education for every learner.
- Is strategic, resilient and solutions focused, with the ability to manage change effectively.
- Experience of working with or growing a nursery/early years provision. What We Offer
