Executive Head Housekeeper

The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is seeking a dynamic and energetic Executive Head Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping operation and contribute to the overall guest experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, a passion for service excellence, and the ability to create memorable, personalised guest moments while maintaining the highest operational standards. You will be responsible for:Lead and develop the catering/housekeeping team to deliver consistently high service standards in line with Chelsea Harbour brand valuesManage staffing levels, rotas, payroll inputs, recruitment, training, and performance reviewsOversee day-to-day operations, including linen, stock control, equipment, uniforms, and VIP room checksEnsure health & safety, COSHH compliance, and completion of all mandatory trainingControl costs, reduce wastage, and identify opportunities to improve departmental efficiency and profitability As an Executive Head Housekeeper the essential skills required:Ability to
