How You Will Make an Impact
- Get involved in local democracy: Take ownership of the Council and Committee meeting cycle, coordinating agendas, reports, and minutes with accuracy and precision to ensure local decision-making runs smoothly.
- Support decision makers - a trusted link supporting both senior staff and elected town councillors.
- Welcome Your Community: Anchor our front reception desk, bringing warmth and professional flair to a high volume of public enquiries across phones, emails, and face-to-face visits.
Community-First Mindset: Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for helping the public. - Adaptable Multi-tasking: Ability to switch effortlessly between complex administrative tasks and a busy front desk.
- Sharp Communication: Excellent written skills for drafting official correspondence and attention to detail
