Full Job Description
- Proactively forward plan around complex schedules, co-ordinate activities, resources, meetings and services
- Manage and liaise with internal/external stakeholders and service providers
- Carry out document and email management, including disseminating information and filing when required
- Support administration by drafting reports and arranging travel and accommodation
- Operate across more than just one geographic location, depending on the diary of the stakeholder, and provide managerial support to complex administration tasks
- Maintain confidentiality on sensitive activities in the remit area
Proven background in an Executive Assistant role, preferably within Financial Services or Banking - Expertise in booking travel and managing diaries across different time zones in addition to strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills is essential
- Confident and adaptable approach with excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Self-motivated, and able to work on own initiative as well as working collaboratively with peers
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work confidently and effectively with senior executives
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment and manage priorities effectively
