We're seeking passionate, forward-thinking individuals to join our Central Services team as an Executive Assistant. You'll bring experience of business administration, such as the administration of meetings including minute taking. As the ideal Executive Assistant, you'll understand the importance of supporting the company Board to ensure the highest standards are maintained. Your duties will include but not exclusive to, coordination of Board activities, coordinate our calendar, manage and maintain company policies and procedures as well as ensuring the high organisational standards are maintained.

The role of Executive Assistant requires a proactive approach, coupled with a can do attitude, a very keen eye for detail and the ability to work as a key figure within a team. The work can be challenging, but it is profoundly rewarding - made even more so by the supportive, values-driven team you'll be part of. Executive Assistant Essentials:

  • Strong communication skills, clear verbal and written English
  • Excellent information, technology, and digital skills, including knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail including the ability to proofread large documents
  • Strong planning skills, solution focussed and experience of keeping calm and focused when working to fixed deadlines
  • Proficient in diary management
  • Flexibility to attend meetings out of normal office hours
  • Executive Assistant Desirables:
  • Driving license desirable
