Full Job Description

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level, proactive support to senior leaders, enabling them to operate efficiently and focus on strategic priorities. This is a trusted, highly visible role that requires discretion, strong judgement, and exceptional organisational skills.
You will act as a key point of coordination across the business, managing complex diaries, communications, and priorities while supporting governance, meetings, and executive-level activity in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.
This is a hybrid role with the successful candidate working from our Leeds site at least 3 days a week., Provide comprehensive executive support to senior leaders, including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting organisationPrepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing packs for executive and board-level meetingsManage confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretionAct as a central point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholdersCoordinate leadership meetings, off-sites, and cross-functional forums, ensuring actions are tracked and followed upSupport governance activities, including minute-taking and document managementAnticipate priorities and proactively resolve issues before they escalateContribute to continuous improvement of administrative and executive support processes

Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or senior PA role, ideally supporting leadership teamsExceptional organisational, communication, and time-management skillsHigh level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive informationConfident working with senior stakeholders and across complex organisationsStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable preparing professional documentationA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently, If you're an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a professional, purpose-driven environment and enjoys supporting senior leaders to perform at their best, we'd love to hear from you.
