Full Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join our Corporate Services team, providing essential support to senior colleagues at the University.
In this varied and fast-paced role, you will act as a key point of coordination between the executive function and the wider University community, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of senior leadership activities. From managing complex diaries to coordinating meetings and communications, your work will be central to enabling effective decision-making and collaboration.

Main Responsibilities
o Executive support, to include the scheduling of appointments, meetings and visits, involving the coordination of travel arrangements including flights, accommodation and itineraries.
o Meeting administration, to include the planning and coordination of meetings, involving the distribution of agendas, presentations and reports for meetings.
o Act as the primary point of contact, to include managing and prioritising a busy shared inbox, ensuring to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
o Process payments for goods and services on behalf of the executive.
o General business administration, to include comprehensive administration support, such as records management, communication handling, and general operational tasks as and when required.
