Full Job Description
We are currently working with a highly regarded Wealth Management practice to recruit an Executive Assistant to support a team of Financial Advisers. This is a key operational role within the business, ensuring advisers are fully supported so they can focus on delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will play a central role in maintaining efficiency, structure, and a seamless client experience across the team. The Role You will provide dedicated administrative and organisational support to Financial Advisers, managing workflows, client coordination, and day-to-day operational tasks. This is a busy, fast-paced role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively., Adviser Support
- Manage advisers' diaries, inboxes, and scheduling priorities
- Track tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines to ensure nothing is missed
- Prepare meeting packs, presentations, and internal notes
- Maintain accurate client records on Salesforce and other systems
- Process expenses, invoices, and reimbursement forms
- Coordinate travel and logistical arrangements where required Client Support and Coordination
- Act as the primary administrative contact for clients
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings (virtual and face-to-face)
- Prepare client reports, meeting packs, and supporting documentation
- Complete post-meeting administration, including follow-up letters
- Support onboarding of new clients, including documentation and system setup
- Handle routine client queries with professionalism and discretion Compliance and Process Management
- Ensure all documentation meets compliance and data protection standards
- Support advisers with regulatory requirements, reminders, and record keeping
- Assist with internal audits and compliance checks
- Maintain accurate filing, scanning, and archiving systems
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes, Work closely with experienced Financial Advisers in a professional environment
