We need an Exams Coordinator to make sure access arrangements are right and every student walks into the exam room properly prepared.   • You're never on your own: you'll work closely with our SENDCo, therapies team and Trust Data Lead and Exams and Data Assistant.
  • Build real expertise in JCQ access arrangements, exams administration and student wellbeing support, with full training given.

  • Work that matters: you'll help students prepare with confidence and get the access arrangements they're entitled to.
  • The role Coordinating access arrangements with our SENDCo. Delivering exam-prep and study skills sessions with the therapies team. Running exam rooms, invigilation and secure script dispatch. Supporting mocks, coursework, BTEC and standardised testing like CAT4. All to Trust and JCQ standards.

    GCSE English and Maths 4 (or equivalent) and a Level 3 qualification, or equivalent experience. Calm, discreet and resilient, especially around exam anxiety. Understanding of ASC, SEMH and EBSA needs. Experience of exam administration, invigilation or supporting SEND students is a bonus, not a must, full training given.
