Your Role
Gosforth Academy is seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Exams Officer to join our dedicated Exams Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively to ensure the smooth delivery of examinations and assessments. As Exams Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the academy's compliance with Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) regulations and awarding body requirements, helping to ensure the secure, efficient and successful administration of all examinations.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ICT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines
- Experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A calm, professional approach when working under pressure
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
