Full Job Description
The role is responsible for the administration and organisation of all aspects of external examinations in accordance with the regulations laid down by the awarding bodies. This includes the management of the exam invigilators at the school and a small budget. Managing the daily running of external examinations, including booking rooms, providing timetables, arranging all required materials and making arrangements for candidates with special educational needs.

The right person for this role will be a competent user of MS Office, have a high level of accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines. They will need to be a good communicator, calm under pressure, work effectively through stressful situations., We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. An offer of employment will be subject to the receipt of a satisfactory enhanced level DBS disclosure with a children's barred list check, two satisfactory references and successful completion of vetting procedures.
