Examinations and MIS Assistant Haringey Sixth Form College Pay Spine Start date: as soon as possible Permanent position Salary H6, £34,937 - 1.00 FTE, full-time (36 hours per week) Haringey Sixth Form College is seeking to appoint a highly organised, proactive and detail-focused Examinations and MIS Assistant, to support the effective delivery of all aspects of examinations administration and student data processing. Working closely with the Examinations Manager and reporting to the Director of MIS and Examinations, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of internal and external examinations in line with awarding body regulations and will support returns to the DfE by maintaining accurate student data on a day-to-day basis. Previous experience of administration in an educational setting would be advantageous but is not essential. The college uses Civica's College Management system (REMS). Training will be provided, if necessary. The post includes all aspects of exams and student data, including enrolment. It is expected that the post holder will be available to work during the summer holidays, particularly during the periods post and prior to the GCE and GCSE result days in August. Applicants will need to be committed, highly motivated, and demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, alongside exceptional communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a flexible approach to working as part of a team, and the ability to work independently using their own initiative in a professional manner.
