Exam Invigilator

We are seeking reliable, organised and professional individuals to join our team of Exam Invigilators. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible, casual work while playing a vital role in supporting students during their examinations., The successful candidate will:

• Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are set up to meet examination requirements.
• Supervise students before, during and after examinations.
• Check attendance and record late arrivals or early departures.
• Distribute and collect examination papers and materials.
• Ensure examinations start and finish on time.
• Maintain examination conditions and enforce examination regulations.
• Monitor students throughout examinations to prevent malpractice.
• Report any irregularities or concerns to the Examinations Officer.
• Respond appropriately to situations such as illness, fire alarms or authorised breaks.
• Support students with additional needs, including acting as a scribe where required.
• Carry out associated administrative duties relating to examinations.
• Attend relevant training and professional development activities as required., Flexible, casual working arrangements.
