Exam Invigilator

· Works under the supervision and instruction of the Examinations Officer and/ or Lead Invigilator.

· Explains testing guidelines and examination process to students.

· Invigilates the exams on and/or offsite.

· Ensures equipment and exam materials are properly set up.

· Deals with requests from students during the examination (e.g., additional paper).

· Resolves issues with support from IT department or Exam Officer.

· Provides individual support to students who require special access arrangements (invigilator to act as a reader/scribe to student).
