Exam Invigilator

To ensure that examinations are conducted according to the regulations to:

• · ensure all candidates have an equal opportunity to demonstrate their abilities
• ensure the security of the examination materials before, during and after the examination
• prevent possible candidate malpractice
• prevent possible administrative failures, As part of our safer recruitment procedures, appointments are subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks, including an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check with children's barred list information where the role constitutes regulated activity. In line with Keeping Children Safe in Education, we may also carry out online searches on shortlisted candidates as part of our due diligence process.

We are seeking flexible, confident and calm individuals to provide support with exam invigilation across various year groups to include internal and external exams. Examinations and Mock Examinations take place during varying periods and the length of sessions can vary. The successful applicant must be available during the Summer examination season which runs during May and June. The number of hours and weeks when work is available will vary according to the exam timetable. Experience preferred but not essential.
