If you're organised, reliable and confident in managing exam environments, Abbeyfield has an excellent opportunity for you. As an Exam Invigilator, you'll help deliver exams efficiently and fairly, supporting students throughout the process., As an Exam Invigilator, you will support the planning, administration and delivery of all internal and external examinations across the school. Your work will ensure:
- Full compliance with JCQ regulations and awarding body expectations. Secure storage, controlled processes and accurate record keeping. Well-organised timetables, seating plans, staffing and rooming. Effective coordination of access arrangements in collaboration with the SENDCo. Smooth running of exam days and clear communication with all stakeholders. A highly professional, calm and supportive exam environment for every student. You will also work as part of the school's invigilation team, supporting the set-up, supervision and completion of examinations throughout all exam periods., Creative Education Trust (CET) is committed to Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our children and young people by keeping them safe, we expect all our colleagues to share in this responsibility. - Pays close attention to detail when setting up exam rooms, checking materials and overseeing candidate conduct.

- Works well as part of a team, building positive relationships across the Academy.
- Understands the importance of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism at all times.
