Full Job Description
- To provide and maintain a high-quality cross-College administrative system for supporting and tracking exam access arrangement processes.
- To facilitate the application and approval of exam access arrangements for students across the college to meet Awarding Body deadlines in liaison with the Exams Officer
- To liaise with learners in a timely and professional manner to initiate a timely and responsive application for Exam Access Arrangements
- To liaise and attend any relevant courses to gain information with regards to Exam Access Arrangements, as required by the JCQ
- To ensure that learners have approval for appropriate Access Arrangements in place for their exams within the regulations of the Awarding Bodies
- Provide completion of records notably the Form 8s Forms 1 etc in a timely, responsive manner at a very high standard for inspection
The right applicant will possess a team orientated focus, open and approachable to our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) learners and have the ability to liaise with internal and external professionals working with individual learners.

Competitive salary - £24,285 to £25,335 FTE. (This will be pro-rata for part time posts) - 35 days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Holidays + Opportunity to purchase up to 5 days annual leave
