Full Job Description
We are now looking for an Evidence & Impact Manager to join us on a full-time basis, working 37 hours per week. The successful applicant will be appointed at the SEO2 grade with a salary of £48,575 but with the potential of flexibility for an exceptional candidate.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the development, implementation and continual improvement of our Outcomes Framework - demonstrating how the National Forest delivers transformation through forests for nature, communities and enterprise.
You will lead a small team responsible for generating robust evidence and insight to support strategic decision making, programme development and advocacy across the organisation. You will oversee the development and reporting of Corporate Plan KPIs, manage performance reporting and compliance of grants for the Defra England Tree Planting Programme, and support research activity as required.
This role blends strategic thinking with technical expertise, alongside the ability to translate complex information into compelling messages for diverse audiences. To succeed, you'll bring a relevant degree or postgraduate qualification, significant experience in performance monitoring and reporting, strong GIS capability (QGIS or equivalent), excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative, motivated and environmentally committed approach.
