Events Manager

Carden Park Hotel's Conference and Banqueting team are looking for an Events Manager to operationally manage weddings and events. If you have previous experience running wedding and events, who would love to join a remarkable team, then we would love to meet you. Your day with Team Carden:

• Manage events from guest arrival through to successful delivery throughout their stay.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensure events run smoothly and meet client expectations.
• Oversee event setup, service and breakdown.
• Manage budgets, timelines and event details.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

• Previous experience managing weddings and events, ideally within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and memorable events.
• Highly organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple priorities.
• Calm under pressure, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and confident building relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
• Hands-on team player with a flexible approach and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality.
