In your role as a Marketing - Events Lead, you will be tasked with the planning, organisation, and execution of a diverse array of events to bolster the Group’s marketing and communication objectives.

  • You will oversee the entire process of event planning and execution, which includes open days, recruitment fairs, community outreach events, and other promotional activities across the group.
  • You will collaborate closely with the marketing team, curriculum departments, enabling teams, and external partners to ensure that successful events are in alignment with the Group’s strategic goals and brand strategy.
  • Monitor events, ensuring cost-effective solutions and staying within allocated funds.
  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of event venues, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during events, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.
  • Coordinate and manage volunteers, students and staff for events, ensuring they are well-prepared and supported.
  • Collate feedback from event attendees, stakeholders, and staff to assess events' success and identify areas for improvement.
