A fantastic Events Junior Sous Chef job in Manchester, paying a salary package around £37k+ has recently become available. This role has excellent company perks and a team that would be a pleasure to work with. This is an exciting and varied role where roughly half of your time will be spent working in the banqueting team catering for meetings and events. The other half of your time will be spent supporting the team in an al le carte Restaurant. Whether your experience is Banqueting, or more for Restaurant service - the Head Chef is more than happy to train you on the missing experience. Ultimately the two requirements of this role are simple: a great personality and generally able to cook high quality food, wherever the setting or environment.

  • A reliable Chef with sound CDP level experience.
  • Experience of working with fresh food in a busy kitchen.
  • Able to work a variety of early and late shifts.

    Full time, permanent position.
  • Salary package around £37-£38k with tronc guaranteed.
  • 45 hours per week with paid breaks.
  • Straight shifts only - no split shifts.
