Events Executive - Wedding Specialist

Guide wedding couples through every stage of their journey, from enquiry to event delivery
Conduct venue showrounds and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
Prepare quotations, contracts, BEOs and event documentation
Act as the main point of contact for wedding clients, ensuring a seamless planning experience
Liaise with operational teams to ensure wedding requirements are delivered successfully
Support weddings and special events on the day, resolving issues where necessary
Maximise revenue through upselling and effective sales techniques
Monitor sales performance, conversions and business opportunities while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Previous experience in a sales, events, hospitality or wedding coordination role
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Confidence conducting venue showrounds and client meetings
Experience using computerised booking and administration systems
The ability to work independently whilst contributing positively to a team environment
A genuine passion for weddings, events and exceptional customer service
GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths at Grade C/Level 4 or above
