Events Executive

Reporting into the Events Manager, this role will be responsible for planning, organising and executing a wide range of events and brand activations. It requires a creative, detail-oriented, enthusiastic individual with a strong background in event planning, ideally within the Fashion & Beauty industry. This role will be based out of our central Manchester office.,

• Conceptualise, plan and deliver high-impact and innovative events and brand activations across the UK, IE and US markets
• Manage all aspects of event production including supplier management, logistics, budget and on-site management
• Ensure all activations and events align with our brand identity and work to strategic objectives and KPIs
• Collaborate with the PR, Influencer and Creative teams to brainstorm ideas and brief in assets/actions where needed
• Manage the brand activation and campaign calendar and supplier database
• Engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including S Influencers & Talent to ensure they have a positive experience
• Conduct post-event evaluations and reports to assess the success of brand activations and provide future recommendations
• Raise purchase orders and manage invoice process for suppliers
  
  Excellent people skills
• Experience within an Events role
• Interest in fashion, beauty, social media advantageous
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• Ability to act with pace amongst a large team
• Extremely well organised with the ability to juggle multiple streams of work
• Exemplary organisational skills
