Events calendar for small town

Hello everybody! # I am working on a Wordpress based calendar for events run by up to 60 organizations in Somerset, UK.
# See the model, Events calendar London Borough of Merton https://www.merton.gov.uk/communities-and-neighbourhoods/events/events-calendar
# People can sign up with user name and password and will have access to their own event stream.
# I want to use the plug in 'My calendar' that I found on Wordpress.
# for signing up to receive weekly bulletins I will use Mailchimp or Mailpoet. Please show me examples of what you have done. Thank you so much
