Full Job Description

As a Medical and Health Responder you will be a part of the Event Medical and Health Services team, attending a wide variety of community events and perform an essential role in safeguarding the health of the public. We cover events locally and across the UK - we provide travel and accommodation for this as necessary As a responder you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical first aid skills at regular training sessions, as well as providing lifesaving skills to the community. Being a part of a large team will help you connect with other likeminded people

Willingness to complete the XL Team training programme (unpaid).Full UK manual driving licence held for 12 months or more.Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.Willingness to undertake ongoing training, CPD and mandatory e-learningHave a valid FREC 3 qualification (or equivalent from the 2025 specification) or equivalent PHEM D qualification
